We want you to feel confident in every piece. 30-day returns. You may return unused items in original condition with tags attached within 30 days of delivery. How to return. Contact support with your order number; we will send return instructions. Once we receive and inspect the item, we refund to the original payment method. Exceptions. Final sale, personalized, and intimate-care items cannot be returned unless defective. Defective or incorrect items are replaced or refunded in full, including return shipping. Refund timing. Refunds usually appear within 5–10 business days after we approve the return, depending on your bank. EU consumer rights. Nothing in this policy limits your mandatory rights under Dutch and EU law.
